Startup in a Box is a founder operating system, not a demo bot.
It runs locally, keeps state across work, ingests company context, and gives founders a persistent environment for decisions, artifacts, meetings, personas, and observability. It is public, inspectable, and shipping in the open under the MIT license.

What we’re building
Most AI tooling assumes a team of prompt operators and platform engineers. Octet assumes a founder still has to run the company. We build the operating layer that lets a small organization keep context, coordinate agents, and turn work into durable company memory.
We ship the hard parts in public, dogfood them internally, and keep the surface area legible enough to audit.
